Tire Prototype From SLA

It was a tire I 3D printed using Formlabs Form 2. I then needed to print the flexible part of the tire from MakerBot 5th gen replicator using NinjeFlex because it elongates more, making the flexible part to be easier to assemble. After everything was seemingly perfect, it taught me how fragile resin is, along Read more about Tire Prototype From SLA[…]

Coffee Capsule Holder V2

To make the hinge of it, I put nails into the deep freezer. When the nails shrinked in size because of the cold, I took them out of the deep freezer. I inserted them into the hinge. When they reached the room temperature, they became harder to remove, which is what I wanted. I Read more about Coffee Capsule Holder V2[…]

Fridge Door Pedal: Keee (From 3D Printing Competition 2016)

Imagine you have a heavy dish of meal in your hand which you want to put it into the refrigerator. Because the meal is heavy, you cannot hold it in one hand. You want to open the refrigerator’s door while holding the dish. Imagine yourself jumping on one leg and putting the dish on the Read more about Fridge Door Pedal: Keee (From 3D Printing Competition 2016)[…]

Keychains

@designfesttr is the game design festival (for high schools) my school @uskudaramericanacademy arranges. People make games using Unity. I was one of the people who were arranging the festival. I 3D printed the keychains to be given to the juries. I have also designed the awards that was given to the winners. I will be posting those Read more about Keychains[…]

1.5 Years Ago: My First PCB

This was the first PCB board I made, from about 1.5 years ago using Altium. It is a light sensitive light. Darker it gets, brighter it will be. Notice the wording, don’t let it confuse the LDR(light dependent resistor) too, so make LDR and LED face opposite sides if you don’t want to create an Read more about 1.5 Years Ago: My First PCB[…]

Finger Gloves

Caution: Microwave heating error: Hot plate, but not meal:) Hold it with insulated fingers to take it out from the microwave. Sometimes you wait for a meal to heat up, but the plate gets hotter instead. You cannot hold a plate with an oven glove, but you can use this 3D printed flexible finger protectors Read more about Finger Gloves[…]

Egg Holder

That’s what I call EGGineering. In case if the refrigerator manufacturer doesn’t like eggs, print this. . . . . . . . I 3D designed it using @SolidWorks. I 3d printed it using @makerbot.

A NinjaFlex Print Using Smart Extruder +

Another @NinjeFlex3d print from MakerBot 5th Gen Replicator. When the original lid got torn, I just reverse engineered this simple part and 3D printed a new one. In the future, we will wonder how we were living without a 3D printer. I 3D designed it using @SolidWorks. I 3d printed it using @makerbot.

3D Printed Dramel Prototype

3D printed 12,000rpm dramel, but unsuccessful. I will make it be. As information, I designed it with @SolidWorks. And I printed it with @makerbot 5th gen replicator.

Tiny Little Gear Key Chain

I could finally do it. One part 3d printed gear box. I offered 3BFAB to use it as their demo part. It would probably be @3bfabrika ‘s demo part which they would give it to their potential consumers. It was printed as same as how you see it in the photo, and it is a gear box Read more about Tiny Little Gear Key Chain[…]
