This is a light switch with a capacitive proximity sensor. I couldn’t find any comprehensive source on the internet on running capacitive proximity sensors near AC current sources, so I wrote mine. It is 101 pages long and has everything you need to know. Hope you find it useful.
(The ticking sound in the video is latching relay but nothing is connected to it.)
